From Oosterdel to Purple Haze, Dutchman Kees Huijbregts grows it all. For every dish a matching type of garlic. He fell in love with it in Portugal and gathered different kinds from different countries, growing them as a hobby. Twenty square meters grew to a quarter acre, boasting two hundred different species of garlic.
