Making healthy food choices and being able to cook well are essential elements of a healthy lifestyle. In order to help their students now and later in life, Stanford University teamed up with British celebrity chef Jamie Oliver. Food Inspiration had a look.
More mindful food
The lessons are focused on a single subject and always include lessons about nutritional values. At the end of the course, students are equipped with the knowledge that will enable them to eat more mindfully, create healthy meals and apply the basics of cooking.
