Waste warriors Justin Horne and Alice Gilsenan of restaurant @TinyLeafLondon are taking the fight to food waste.

Chef Justin Horne and marketeer Alice Gilsenan started pop-up and zero-waste restaurant Tiny Leaf with the hopes of changing people’s perception of what waste really is. Not even eight months later they have secured a permanent spot in Borough, London.
