Guests can use the Nowait app to virtually queue up for restaurants, putting them on the walk-in wait list remotely. Guests can essentially walk in any time they want from the comfort of their home, which negates a significant downside of not making a reservation, and is likely to increase business for the restaurant.

Tech hospitality

Nowait claims they run their tech business like a hospitality business, and they back that claim up with more than just words. Every member of the Nowait family is required to work a shift in one of their partnered restaurants in order to better understand the chaos that they’re trying to alleviate.
