We increasingly have to ask ourselves the uncomfortable question: how to feed the world population which by 2050 will have grown to 9 billion people?
And is there a sustainable way to do so? A way that is good for people, animals and the planet? If we continue to produce and consume food as we are doing so now, things are bound to go wrong at one point. There simply isn’t enough soil and fresh water to provide for everyone. 'This planet just isn’t big enough for all of us, if we don’t change.' It’s high time for a more effective, economical way of farming and the Dutch company PlantLab is leading the way.
